Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Refund Policy
1.1 Trial Period
✅ 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of first payment
- No questions asked
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
1.2 After Trial Period
⚠️ No Refunds After 7 Days:
Subscription fees are non-refundable after the 7-day trial period, except in cases of:
- Service unavailability for more than 72 consecutive hours (pro-rated refund)
- Billing errors (we'll refund the incorrect amount)
- Duplicate charges (immediate refund)
1.3 Cancellation Process
- Login to your account
- Go to Account Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
- Receive confirmation email
Important: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access until then.
2. E-Commerce Store Refund Policy
2.1 For Store Owners (Your Store's Refund Policy)
As a store owner using our platform, you set your own refund policy for your customers. We recommend:
- Clearly display your refund terms
- Comply with local consumer protection laws
- Process refunds promptly
2.2 Platform Transaction Fees
⚠️ Non-Refundable:
- Payment gateway fees are non-refundable
- Transaction processing fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for refunding customers from your account
3. Payment Disputes
3.1 Billing Disputes
If you believe you've been incorrectly charged:
- Contact us within 30 days of the charge
- Provide transaction details and explanation
- We will investigate within 15 business days
- Resolution will be communicated via email
3.2 Chargebacks
⚠️ Chargeback Policy:
- Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension
- We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks
- Chargeback fees ($15-25) will be charged to your account
- Your account may be terminated for fraudulent chargebacks
3.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We will attempt to reprocess within 3 days
- You will be notified via email
- Update payment information to avoid service interruption
- After 7 days of non-payment, service may be suspended
4. Service Credits and Compensation
4.1 Service Downtime
In the event of extended service unavailability:
- 72+ hours downtime: 1 month service credit
- 7+ days downtime: Full refund for current billing period
- Planned maintenance: No compensation (with advance notice)
💡 Service Level: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee it. Compensation is at our discretion and represents your sole remedy for service interruptions.
4.2 Data Loss Compensation
⚠️ No Compensation for Data Loss:
We are not liable for financial compensation due to data loss. Our liability is limited to:
- Attempting data recovery from backups (free)
- Refund of subscription fees for affected period (if applicable)
- No compensation for business losses, lost profits, or consequential damages
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Refund Timeline
- Approval: Within 5 business days of request
- Processing: 5-7 business days
- Credit to Account: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
5.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Pro-rated service cancellations (at our discretion)
- Service downtime compensation
- Billing corrections
6. Non-Refundable Items
⚠️ The Following Are Non-Refundable:
- Subscription fees after 7-day trial period
- Setup fees or onboarding charges
- Custom development work
- Third-party service fees (payment gateway, SMS, etc.)
- Data export or migration services
- Training or consultation fees
